Buying Information

Your payment is processed safely through PayPal and I am notified when funds have cleared so that your statutory rights under UK law are protected.

Your painting will be sent to you, packed carefully by me before passing to a courier, or delivered to you, if it is large and you live within 30 miles of my home in West Kent.

Original paintings are signed on the front by me and have a signed label on the back of the painting too, so you know it is my original work.

Please do not scrub artwork or use cleaning products on any - the most they need as a wipe with a clean damp cloth! See my note on the back of the painting.

In addition to any consumer rights, I would like you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem, please contact me on delivery, to explain, take photo on your phone of the issue and return it to me undamaged in the original packing - at your own expense.

 
 

  • Giclee Fine Art prints are produced for me by Art4Site Ltd of Wye, near Ashford Kent UK. Original paintings are scanned, colour-matched by me with the technicians there, and then printed on quality paper. They are posted to you in a cardboard tube along with a Certificate of Authenticity from the printer who scanned my original painting and my signature. Print runs are never more than 50 and are specified on the certificate. They will be sent by first class post in the UK.

  • I have a range of cards which derive from scanned paintings or high definition photographs. They are then printed on quality paper by Art4Site Ltd of Wye, near Ashford UK, They are blank inside for you to write your own messages and come with envelopes. They too will be posted to you by first class post.

  • In addition to any consumer rights, I would like you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem, please contact me on delivery to discuss the issue.

    Please take a photo on your phone -of say damaged packaging for example. If you require a refund, please contact me before returning your purchase undamaged in the original packing - at your own expense.
